Radical Consultation Group

What: Small, collaborative consultation group for providers

Who: Providers who desire a community space of support and consultation for radical, liberation-oriented clinical work; Expectation is that providers are anti-racist, LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming. This group will not count for supervision hours for graduate level providers but you may be able to count the hours as category B CEU's if you are an MFT or PC.

Why: There is a shift taking place in clinical work towards practice that conceptualizes presenting problems from lenses of societal and systemic trauma, relational-cultural understandings, and collective healing. Radical clinicians benefit from sharing space and resources as we approach changing the mental health field and clinical practice. In order to keep the group a safe and productive place the group cohort will have a maximum of 6 people and new clinicians will not be added after the initial group.

Facilitator: Pebble McCleary, LCPC (they/them) is a White, leftist, queer, nonbinary therapist. They specialize in individual and relationship therapy focused on LGBTQ+ clients, non-monogamy, and systemic trauma. They have presented at local, regional, and national conferences on LGBTQ+ topics and systemic trauma frameworks. They approach clinical work from a relational-cultural, liberation-oriented perspective utilizing approaches that address intrapersonal, interpersonal, communal, and societal healing and growth.

Where: Virtual via Google Meet

When: The group will meet once a month for 6 months starting on Tuesday September 26, 2023 from 2:00pm-3:00pm

Cost: $40 per session
